Additional Requirements and Information

  • Hunt Area: Units 14A and 14B: the caribou in this hunt tend to be in areas accessible only by aircraft.
  • You may encounter collared caribou in this hunt area. The Department asks hunters to avoid harvesting collared animals if possible. If you harvest a collared animal, you must turn in the collar to either the Palmer or Anchorage ADF&G Office.
